Aegicem has simplified every step of construction and obtained efficiencies that greatly reduce the time to complete a project. The entire process of construction from setting footings to the final walk through, is designed to be completed in under 30 days.

Footing System

Aegicem's foundation system consists of a set of adjustable precast footing molds, footing beams and foundation panels. The footing molds and beams are delivered and assembled on site, adjusted for level, and poured in place.

Foundation Panels

Aegicem's slab consists of reinforced concrete panels that are placed on top of the footings prior to concrete being poured into the space between the ground and the foundation panels. These panels ensure a perfect foundation pour every time, in all weather conditions. Unlike traditional foundation curing, Aegicem's foundation panels eliminate the need for an expensive sealing process, water submersion, or continuous wet cover to obtain full compressive strength.

Installing windows in a home is a time consuming process, and requires a high degree of skill to execute properly. Aegicem's window packages are made of cementitious composite that integrate the sill, casing, stool, interior/exterior trim, and protective shutters, and is easy to slide in place.

Structural exterior walls are precast components that can come with a wide array of finishes from the factory. For fire prone regions, our completely fire proof refractory veneer can be applied quickly to the wall panel surface.

All exterior wall panels can be set in place and bolted in a matter of hours

Roof System

A traditional roof system consists of setting trusses, applying sheathing, covering the entire roof with felt paper, valley flashing, roofing, capping, drip edge, soffit, fascia, and boxing. These are all physically challenging, dangerous, and complex tasks which can take weeks to complete. The ease of setting Aegicem's roof panels, sealing the joints, and applying the roof veneers significantly decreases the time to complete an entire roof.

Kitchens & Bathrooms

Aegicem's Kitchen and Bathroom Sets are shipped from the manufacturing facility in pre-assembled packages. This eliminates the need for on-site installation of the individual cabinet sections, countertops, electrical and plumbing, backsplash, and trim.

Interior Walls

Framing interior walls and hanging sheetrock is a labor intensive job that takes several weeks to finish. Aegicem has developed a composite interior wall system that eliminates several steps of completing traditionally framed interior walls. Our interior wall system is highly durable, insect proof, waterproof, and fire proof.
