WARNER TROSCLAIR
Founder
Project and Systems Engineering
Warner is responsible for Cementitious and Polymer Composite Design and Testing, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transfer Systems, Programming, 3D Animation and Sequencing, CNC/3D printing, Project Management, and Residential Contracting.
Prior to Aegicem, Warner worked at Chevron's Mid-Continent Business Unit holding positions of increasing responsibility in Texas and New Mexico including Field Engineer, Drillsite Manager, Wellsite Manager, and Project Engineer. It was at Chevron where Warner gained considerable experience in managing multi-operational joint-venture engineering projects, supply chain management, operations supervision, federal and state regulatory compliance, mass transfer systems design and implementation, multi-phase separation, material design/testing, and high-risk contingency operations.
Before Chevron, Warner worked in the USAF during which time he gained extensive experience in reinforced cementitious composite material design, testing, and deployment of ballistic force protection to fortify Baghdad International Airport and Victory Base Complex. Warner also gained significant experience with large scale construction projects as an integral part of housing, infrastructure, and airfield construction at Ali Al Salem Airbase in Kuwait.
While stationed at Misawa AB, Japan, Warner gained his initial experience in contract management, civil engineering CAD, site surveying, and Geographic Information Systems.
Warner has been licensed as a commercial contractor in Louisiana and has 25 years of construction experience in framing, sheetrock, foundations, electrical, hvac, plumbing, cladding, stucco, roofing, tiling, painting, and trimwork.
Warner currently holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering and has a residential contractor's license in Alabama.
ANDREW TROSCLAIR
Founder
Structural Design Engineering and Analysis
Andrew was responsible for developing Aegicem's Advanced Precast Building System, performing elemental analysis, completing detailed computer-aided designs of all structural elements, writing and updating the standard operating procedures, and ensuring building code compliance.
Andrew gained much of his Inter-company experience in logistics and operations management while working for Keane Grp. as a Hydraulic Fracturing Engineer. He was responsible for managing wellsite logistics, regulating fluid chemistries, and job input of well and equipment monitoring software for the on-site data operations center. He also acted as operations liaison between Keane and client companies, providing engineering coordination, post operations reporting, and cost reconciliation.
Andrew gained his extensive understanding of the capabilities and limitations of hydraulic machinery and cementitious material transfer at his time working for Schlumberger. He performed full tear-downs and rebuilds of hydraulically actuated machinery such as Blowout Preventer stacks, injector heads, lubricators, and positive displacement pumps. Andrew operated forklifts, cranes, knuckle booms, coiled tubing units, and fluid pumps. Andrew performed key functions for onshore and offshore cement well plugging, frac plug milling, formation acidizing, and nitrogen displacement operations.
Andrew's experience in automated manufacturing was obtained during his time working at RF Micro Devices (now Qorvo). He performed calibration, quality control, manual chip assembly, and operating automated high-volume chip production machinery.
During his time at Vectren Andrew developed a method for estimating injection performance of natural gas storage reservoirs which gave his team a way to create an application able to accurately estimate the flow rate, reservoir pressure, total gas volume, and gas-in-place in reservoirs.
Andrew gained knowledge in home building while working in many fields of construction including truss manufacturing, wood & steel framing, roofing, sheetrock, foundation work, and finish work.
Andrew is proficient in structural design and analysis and holds a BS in petroleum engineering.
