ADVANCED PRECAST MANUFACTURING
Aegicem has taken advanced manufacturing techniques from other industries and used them to design a highly scalable precast manufacturing system. These include green cement production, advanced polymer molding, 3D & CNC rapid prototyping, robotic cells, automated conveyance, and intermodal logistics.
Aegicem's next step in development is to build out its first manufacturing facility for commercial production of 13,000 units per year. The first facility will provide the template for rapid expansion of manufacturing facilities, with a goal of 10 facilities of 13,000 unit capacity within 6 years.
Green Cement Production & GHG Recycle
Cement production produces approximately 50% by weight CO2 and other greenhouse gases. Aegicem will integrate in-facility cement production that captures the released greenhouse gas emissions and injects the compressed gas directly into the cement as it is poured into the molds. This process permanently locks away CO2 while increasing the compressive strength of the precast components.
Advanced Polymer Molding System
Aegicem's molding system consists of light-weight and incredibly durable polymers. This provides the capability to produce precast components using the most current robotic cells and smart conveyance systems. Our molding process allows us to overcome mechanical locking that would otherwise prevent us from producing complex molds, giving us a high degree of variability in structural and aesthetic designs. There is also no need to change any machinery or infrastructure when new designs are introduced.
3D & CNC Rapid Prototyping
Aegicem has developed rapid master component prototyping for high-speed, in-house production of structural and architectural elements. These include pitched roof components, wall panels, exterior cladding, Interior trim, window packages, flooring, kitchen and bathroom features, interior and exterior doors, and columns. This provides us a very efficient and low cost method for offering customers a vast array of architectural styles.

The automotive industry takes full advantage of continuous conveyance systems and automated robotic cells which allows a rate of one vehicle every minute. Unlike any other company in the construction industry, we've designed every aspect of our building system to take maximum advantage of the most advanced robotic technology available today. This includes the production line and automated storage and retrieval systems.

Intermodal Logistics
Aegicem's homes are specially designed to be packaged in 4-6 intermodal shipping containers each. Storing complete home packages in shipping containers allows us to take full advantage of transporting homes globally by land and sea, at the highest volume for the lowest cost. Additionally, transporting our homes in shipping containers gives us the ability to meet variable market conditions by implementing just-in-time inventory and delivery methods. These provide us the ability to deliver precast home packages from the most advantageous manufacturing hubs, to communities with the highest cost of construction, and the most stringent housing regulations.
